Software Modules:
Production module - Production tracking via product barcode scanning or by entering data, claiming materials neccesary for production,
classifying by quality, calling on maintenance offices, blocking the production due to increase in write-offs,
realization tracking, barcode sticker printing, calling on warehouse according to the production plan,
internal reporting, materials listing, electronic guidance and bills of materials, photos of the products and of write-offs,
different levels of access within the app itself, RFID Mifare authentication.
Monitoring Module - Production scoreboard with real-time production data -
Production plan, Immediate goal, plan fulfilment, amount of write-offs with warnings,
Background calculations on plan-fulfilment based off of shift and break schedules.
Maintenance module - App for Maintenance services with monitoring of calls from production and
intervention data entry, audio and visual notifications, accepting the maintenance calls,
setting-up priorities for job execution, measuring the time required for malfunction removal,
input of detailed information on the maintenance call, closing the maintenance call.
Kanban module - Warehouse employees scoreboard (Production plan by each segment of production, necessary amount of materials and job priority)
that directs the warehouse employees to the production locations where they are supposed to take the materials to, which quantity and at what time,
all integrated with the Production module, where the operators can call on them via on-screen buttons, call signalisation, visual transition of materials claim status
on segments of production.
Data module - Input and editing of data necessary for system operation, with added ability to import those data from Excel tables.
Production module - Input and alteration of production plans, ability to import plans from Excel tables, setting-up of production planning per users demands.
Reporting module - Reports are divided by segments (production, maintenance), generated for a time period and by parameters, sorted, exported to Excel.
Administration module - User accounts administration, with security roles assignment.
